The Computer Technologies Department's 2nd Orientation Program was held.

The Computer Technologies Department of Gönen Vocational School organized its 2nd Orientation Program on Thursday, October 2, 2025, at 1:00 PM in the conference hall to ensure students start the new semester with greater awareness.

The presentation was given by Ahmet Uğur Biçer, a faculty member of the Computer-Aided Design and Animation Program, and other faculty members from the relevant department were also present.

The event focused particularly on the course registration process for students transferring to the department, explaining important points to consider during the registration process. Students were informed about the use of their student ID cards and how to resolve issues with their student email addresses.

The operation of the distance education system was also introduced, and important dates in the academic calendar were highlighted. The examination system, evaluation criteria, and success criteria were explained to the students.

The orientation covered not only academic topics but also issues concerning students' social lives. Problems experienced in the Soli Club cafeteria services and canteens were discussed, and solutions were proposed.

The program concluded with answering students' questions and sharing best wishes for the new academic year.
