Fourth Çanakkale-Themed Awareness Event Successfully Conducted

Students of the Business Administration Program organized a commemorative event at Şehit Rahmi Primary School as part of the Volunteering Studies course, under the coordination of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fatih Şahin. Held in observance of the March 18 Çanakkale Victory and Martyrs’ Memorial Day, the fourth session of the program was specifically designed for the school’s third-grade students.

Supported by poetry recitations and musical performances, the event aimed to enhance historical awareness while encouraging students’ active participation in the learning process. Throughout the program, an atmosphere combining both educational and emotional dimensions was created, enabling participants to engage with the historical significance of the Çanakkale Victory in a meaningful way.

By effectively showcasing their talents and skills, the Business Administration students successfully carried out the program and earned the appreciation of both students and teachers. The event served as a valuable example of how volunteer-based activities can contribute to historical awareness, civic responsibility, and community engagement.
