Mission and Objectives

Mission

The Business Management Program aims to educate qualified professionals who can effectively manage organizations in today's highly competitive business environment. The program equips students with a strong foundation in business knowledge, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, enabling them to evaluate organizational challenges from multiple perspectives and develop innovative solutions.

Established in the 2007–2008 academic year within the Department of Management and Organization at Gönen Vocational School, the program is committed to delivering high-quality associate degree education. Through its industry-oriented curriculum and the 3+1 Education Model, students acquire both theoretical knowledge and practical experience. Following three semesters of academic study, students complete one semester of workplace training, allowing them to apply their knowledge in real business settings. Supported by an experienced academic staff, the program prepares students for successful careers in the modern business world by integrating theory and practice.

Educational Objectives
