Announcement Regarding Course Registration for the 2026-2027 Academic Year Fall Semester

Course registration for the 2026-2027 Academic Year Fall Semester will be conducted via the University Information Management System (UBYS) between September 14, 2026, and September 20, 2026.

Students may complete their course registration by logging into UBYS using either their e-Government (e-Devlet) passwords or their UBYS user credentials.

Advisor approval is mandatory for course registrations to be valid; registrations without advisor approval are considered invalid. Course registration procedures are the responsibility of the student.

For students who enrolled in the 2020-2021 Academic Year or later: those with a cumulative grade point average (GPA) below 1.80 as of the end of the second semester may register for courses totaling a maximum of 30 ECTS credits, while those with a cumulative GPA of 1.80 or higher may register for courses totaling a maximum of 45 ECTS credits.

Students required to pay tuition or contribution fees may make their payments between September 14, 2026, and September 20, 2026, using their student ID numbers at Halk Bank branches, via the Halk Bank Internet Branch, or at Halk Bank ATMs.
