Announcement Regarding Course Registration for the Spring Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year at Our University

Students must register for courses through the University Information Management System (UBYS) between February 9, 2026, 10:00 AM and February 15, 2026, 11:59 PM.

Students can register for courses by logging into the University Information Management System (UBYS) using their "e-government passwords" or their UBYS passwords.

For the Spring Semester of the 2025-2026 academic year, all students must register for courses themselves.

When selecting courses for the Spring Semester of the 2025-2026 academic year, students must refer to the department's course schedules.

Course registrations without advisor approval are invalid.

Course registration is the student's responsibility.

Second-year students, regular students pursuing a second university degree, students who cannot graduate within the normal study period, and foreign students can pay their tuition fees and contributions between February 9, 2026, 10:00 AM and February 15, 2026, 11:59 PM at Halk Bank branches or Halk Bank Internet Banking/ATMs using their Student Numbers.

Students enrolled in the 2020-2021 academic year and thereafter, whose cumulative GPA is below 1.80 at the end of each semester starting from the end of the second semester, can register for a maximum of 30 ECTS credits in the following semester. Associate and undergraduate students whose cumulative GPA is 1.80 or above at the end of each semester can register for a maximum of 45 ECTS credits in the following semester.

Students enrolled in the 2019-2020 academic year and previous years who have a GPA below 1.80 at the end of each semester, starting from the end of the second semester, may register for a maximum of 24 credits in the following semester. Associate and undergraduate students with a GPA of 1.80 or higher at the end of each semester may register for a maximum of 30 credits in the following semester.

Students enrolled in 2016 and later will not be able to select courses to improve their grades. Students who have successfully completed all their courses but cannot graduate because their GPA is below 2.00 may retake courses they have already passed to improve their grades, within the credit limits specified in the sixth paragraph of the University's Associate and Undergraduate Regulations.
