Welcome to the Graphic Design Program

Welcome to the Graphic Design Program, where you take your first step into the world of design!

As you begin this new and exciting chapter of your university life, you are embarking on a journey that goes beyond attending classes. It is a process of creating, researching, experimenting, receiving criticism, and developing your own design language.

As the Graphic Design Program, our aim is to educate you not only as students who can use design software, but as designers who know what they are designing, can explain why they are designing it, and can develop creative solutions to visual communication problems.

Learning design software is important, but it is not enough!

You will learn to use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other design tools. However, being a good graphic designer is not simply about mastering software.

What matters is not only how you use the software, but what you can communicate through it.

For this reason, in addition to technical skills, we place great importance on idea development, research, sketching, conceptualization, and finding solutions to design problems.

Curiosity is one of a designer’s most important tools

Follow the world around you.

Explore exhibitions, films, photography, architecture, fashion, music, technology, and contemporary visual culture. Drawing inspiration from different fields will broaden your perspective and strengthen your design thinking.

As the Graphic Design Program, we wish you a successful, productive, and creative educational journey filled with plenty of design.

Welcome to our program!
