Southeastern Anatolia Region Cuisine Event

A culinary practice activity was organized within the scope of the Gastronomy Tourism course in our program, conducted by Lecturer Cansen CAN. In the activity, second-year students of our program made çiğ köfte, which belongs to the cuisine of the Southeastern Anatolia Region.
