To maximize the professional knowledge and practical skills of our students, our Vocational School implements the 3+1 Education Model. Through this model, students build a strong foundation in their field through theoretical and practical courses during the first three semesters, while dedicating the fourth semester entirely to workplace training and professional practice within the industry.
During the fourth semester, students work full-time in leading companies within the tourism and hospitality sector. This provides them with the opportunity to develop practical skills, gain real-world work experience, and become familiar with professional business environments. The internship period enables students to adapt quickly to working life and offers a significant advantage in their post-graduation career planning.
Students complete their internships in reputable organizations operating in various areas of the tourism and hospitality industry. Through our strong collaborations with industry partners, students have the opportunity to participate in innovative projects, gain teamwork experience, and establish valuable professional networks.
Many of our students who successfully complete their internship period receive employment offers from their host organizations after graduation or pursue entrepreneurial ventures within their professional fields. Through the 3+1 Education Model, our Vocational School provides an industry-integrated education that enables students to graduate as highly qualified, competent, and competitive professionals.
