In line with its goal of becoming a nationally and internationally recognized academic institution, the Tourism and Hotel Management Programme aims to provide high-quality education and research, maintain close engagement with students and society, ensure high levels of student and staff satisfaction, support innovative and entrepreneurial learning, adopt a multidisciplinary approach, educate qualified individuals needed by the country, strengthen its institutional identity, contribute to society, and serve as a regional center of attraction through cooperation with all stakeholders.

Within this framework, the programme strives to educate individuals who are professionally competent, environmentally and socially responsible, respectful of ethical values, committed to lifelong learning, and capable of continuously improving themselves in response to the changing needs of society and the tourism industry.
