Tourism Practice Laboratory

The Tourism Practice Laboratory is a training environment where students of the Tourism and Hotel Management Programme at Gönen Vocational School carry out their practical courses and develop professional skills in the field of food and beverage services.

In the laboratory, students gain hands-on experience in food preparation, service procedures, table setting, and presentation techniques. The laboratory provides an opportunity for students to transform their theoretical knowledge into practical skills and prepare for professional careers in the tourism and hospitality industry.

Throughout the academic year, various activities, practical examinations, and events are organized in the laboratory environment, enabling students to strengthen their teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

In addition, students have access to well-equipped computer laboratories that are used in courses such as Hotel Automation Systems and Information and Communication Technologies. These facilities allow students to develop the technological competencies required by the modern tourism and hospitality sector.
