The second of the "Seminar Presentations-2022" events was held

The second of the "Seminar Presentations-2022" online academic activities, in which graduate students of Social Work Department presented their suggestions regarding the theses they plan to work on, was held on May 20, 2022, with the participation of department lecturers, graduate students, and undergraduate students.

 

Tuğba AKSOY, a graduate student, gave information about the quantitative research titled “Investigation of Aging Anxiety in Middle Adulthood in the scope of the New Aging Profile: The Case of Çanakkale Province”, which she planned to propose under the supervision of Dr. Lecturer Fikri KELEŞOĞLU. She stated that the aim of her research is to determine the anxiety levels of individuals in middle adulthood, who will form the elderly population of the future, about aging, and to correlate the effective factors in this anxiety formation.

 

Sümeyye ARSLAN, a graduate student, gave information about the quantitative research titled “Examination of Social Work Students' Awareness Levels of Climate Change in terms of Ecology and System Theory”, which she planned to propose under the consultancy of Dr. Lecturer Fikri KELEŞOĞLU, based on the assumption that “social work students know climate change is a global problem”.
