These tests are applied to scientifically monitor the physical development of children, to determine their strengths and areas that need improvement, and to support fitness for sports and healthy living habits.
Basic Body Measurements
Height (cm): It is the length of the child measured from head to heel. It is the basic measure in growth and development monitoring.
Body Weight (kg): It is the total weight of the child. It is related to nutrition and activity level.
Body Fat Percentage (%): It shows the fat rate in the body. More than this may indicate the risk of obesity, less than this may indicate malnutrition.
BMI (Body Mass Index): It is calculated according to height and weight. It gives an idea about the healthy weight range appropriate for age.
Sitting Height (cm): It is the length measured from hip to head in a sitting position. It is used to evaluate leg and trunk proportions.
💪 Circumference Measurements (Anthropometric Values)
Shoulder / Chest / Waist / Hip / Arm / Forearm / Thigh / Tibia: Circumference measurements of certain areas. It is used to evaluate body composition, muscle development and balance.
Foot Size: Foot length can be associated with general growth and balance skills.
Biacromial / Biliac / Bitrocantar Widths: They are the widths of the shoulders, hips and pelvis. They are used to evaluate body proportions.
🧠 Motor and Neuromuscular Performance Tests
Reaction Time (ms): Measures how quickly a stimulus (light, sound) is reacted to. It is important for agility and quick decision-making in sports games.
505 Agility Test (seconds): Measures the ability to change direction quickly. It is an important skill in sudden-moving sports such as badminton.
Squat Jump (cm): Shows the explosive strength of the lower extremity. Jumping is related to speed and agility.
Static Balance (seconds): It is the time to stand still on one foot. It is important for balance development and reducing the risk of injury.
💪 Strength and Power Tests
Right / Left Hand Grip Strength (kg): Shows the strength level of the hand and forearm muscles. It is decisive for general muscle development.
Leg Strength (kg): Measures the strength level of the lower body muscles. It is associated with running, jumping and balance.
Muscle (%): It is the body muscle ratio. It is evaluated together with the body fat ratio and the general healthy composition is determined.
RM1CAL (kcal): It is the daily calorie need at rest. It is related to the metabolic rate.
🏃 Speed and Flexibility Tests
20 Meter Speed (seconds): It is the short distance running time. It measures explosive speed and initial reaction.
Sit-Reach Test (cm): It shows the flexibility of the waist and back leg muscles. Flexibility helps prevent injuries.
