Announcement Regarding the Procedures for Our University Students Who Wish to Take Courses from Other Universities During the Summer Semester

 

1. Complete the attached Summer Semester application form in full.

2. Obtain written confirmation from the relevant faculty member/staff or department head at our university, stating that the courses are suitable, regarding the approved course syllabus (with QR code, electronic signature, or seal and wet signature) from the university where the student wishes to take the courses.

3. All documents must be submitted to the Dean's Office of the Faculty/Directorate of the Vocational School where the student is registered, before the start of the Summer Semester at the relevant university.

4. Students can take a maximum of 16 ECTS credits in the relevant summer semester.

5. Students can take courses from the curriculum of their registered program.

6. Within this scope, students can take courses in the Summer Semester from Higher Education Institutions whose minimum admission scores are equal to or higher than their admission scores in their university year.
