Rules to be Followed in Exams

GÖNEN VOCATIONAL SCHOOL EXAM RULES

  1. Students must be present in the exam room before the exam begins.

  2. Students must enter the exam with their student ID cards. Students without an official ID will not be admitted to the exam.

  3. Students must undergo an identity check before the exam starts. Students must remain silent in the room before the exam, and they must not wait or make noise in the corridors after finishing their exam.

  4. Students must check and verify their personal information (name, surname, program, class, and student number) on the exam documents.

  5. The student seated at a desk is entirely responsible for any writings, notes, or documents found on or underneath that desk.

  6. Cheating or attempting to cheat is a major disciplinary offense.

  7. Students must comply with all warnings and instructions from the invigilators. Invigilators have the authority to change a student’s seat if deemed necessary.

  8. Students must keep their mobile phones turned off throughout the entire exam. Disciplinary action will be taken, and an official report will be filed against students whose phones are found turned on, ringing, or in use.

  9. Students must not bring smartwatches, wireless headphones, microphones, cameras, or any similar electronic devices into the exam room.

  10. Calculators may only be used with the explicit approval of the invigilator. Calculators must not have an alphabetical keypad (A, B, C, ...) or any program loading/running functions (such as EXE, STORE, RUN, etc.).

  11. Students are strictly prohibited from sharing materials such as erasers, pencils, or calculators during the exam.

  12. It is the student's responsibility to sign the exam attendance sheet. Students must not leave the exam room before the invigilator completes the official attendance check.

  13. Students are not allowed to leave the exam room during the first 15 minutes and the last 5 minutes of the exam duration.

  14. Students arriving more than 15 minutes after the exam has started will not be admitted to the exam room.
