The "Technology and Career Talk," organized by the Computer Technologies Department of Gönen Vocational School to contribute to the career development of students, was held with high participation. In addition to the vocational school students and faculty members, students and teachers from the Information Technologies Department of Gönen Chamber of Commerce Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, who visited the school as part of promotional activities, also attended the event.

The program, held in the Ömer Seyfettin Conference Hall of Gönen Vocational School, was moderated by Dr. Ahmet Akkaya, a faculty member of the Computer Technologies Department. Software Engineer Bahadır İlbey Erbay and Electrical-Electronics Engineer Özgün Arslan, who participated as speakers, shared their knowledge and experience with the students regarding current developments in the technology world, the software sector, career planning, and their sectoral experiences.

In the event, which attracted great interest from the students, the speakers offered important advice to young people aiming for careers in technology, while also providing assessments on the current needs of the sector and the professions of the future.

At the end of the program, thank-you certificates were presented to speakers Bahadır İlbey Erbay and Özgün Arslan by Deputy Principal Özlem Mollahüseyinoğlu for their contributions to the discussion.
